The vikings are frozen and need your help!

Ice Breaker is a really fun, and engaging in a puzzle game developed by Nitrome. The objective of the game is rerunning the vikings in their boat. Some of the vikings are not frozen, but are rather simply blocked, and you just need to encourage movement and erase any obstacle in their path to the boat. However, most of the vikings are buried in the ice and you must free their wall of ice by slicing completely of ice across its length or width (you can half of slices, they must be complete slab). They are still frozen when it separated from the ice wall, but now they can drag the boat where their viking friend smashes ice and finally releases. Make sure that ice chunks are not too big, since if they are, viking waiting on the boat can smash it. Also, since you can't move or control the vikings directly, ensure that the path to the boat is clear to Viking drag.

The game offers a useful Minie map at the top left of the screen so you won't get lost. Unfortunately, you cannot move around on the map by clicking the Minie map. Instead of this, move you around the game world is placing the cursor on the edge of the screen to move this direction or by simply moving the arrow keys (if arrow key does not respond, make sure that set focus by clicking). There are also status indicator at the bottom of the screen showing how many slices of ice you have and how much is left for the level, as well as the vikings how you recorded and how much is left in the level. Apparently you get a higher score if you make less ice slices.

The game is fun to play and maintains the interest levels later. There are 32 difficult levels and to the credit of the game, isn't amp up the difficulty by only increasing the amount of vikings, you must register or slices ice how much you can do in a level. Instead, the game has slowly ramps to the difficulty of puzzles and presents the different elements to keep things interesting. For example, levels later game introduced rotation of the ice shelves and rolling stone rocks.
Sometimes the game can get frustrating when you need to pixel hunt in order to reduce the ice into smaller manageable chunks. It is an unfortunate flame back to the old dos adventure games, which were fun games, contained several exasperating hunt pixel "Adventures".

Graphics/music.

Like most games Nitrome, icebreaker has incredible graphics and music. The game contains style pixel graphics really nicely drawn that really improve the quality and experience of the game, and music is mellow and relaxing and not disturb you while know you puzzles.
