The Taste discount scheme allows you to get 50% off at more than 4,500 restaurants all over the UK. A Taste membership card usually costs around £70 a year - but you can currently get a free card - valid for three months - when you sign up here.

Free seven-day gym pass
The latest promotion from Fitness First means you can bag a free gym pass, lasting a full week.

The days must be used consecutively, and the offer ends 7th February. As always, don't let them pressurise you into signing up for paid membership afterwards.
