A meeting of the kitchen table to convene friends.
Meet regularly with a small group of friends who you trust and admire. Choose a comfortable meeting place with privacy. Have to answer all these questions in turn:
So how is your life?
How can we help?
Who do we know, who can help?
What are you happy moment in your life?
What there is to laugh?
When we leave here today what three things, which we celebrate each other we will do for ourselves?
Keep positive meetings and hold regularly. You'll be surprised what each of you will achieve that.

People learn from their mistakes more often than you do of their success. Heads in the sand go your hidden, if you make a mistake. Think like a scientist: it's all trial and error. You'll be a lot of things wrong on your way to get something important right.
Listen to your inner voice.
Call it female intuition if you want, women are actually more intuitive than men. Stay connected with your emotions. Their "gut feel" you can often more successfully than any number of apparently logical self-talk. Keep on that little voice inside matched. Listen, if he speaks, and according to acting.
Recognize that chocolate melts to give a new shape.
Can it times in your life when you have to reinvent itself. People who were hit by Hurricane Katrina her life before their eyes torn away. If this happens, it's hard to know who to trust or what to do. The times when it's good to remember that can melt chocolate, but sooner or later there are reforms in a new form. The new shape can be stronger and better: it is certainly just as tasty. Remember always to be happy and look forward to your next shape.
