Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been released from rehab.

People.com reports that the actress left the Betty Ford Center in California on Monday after spending three months there.

According to People, moving vans were seen taking items from her West Hollywood apartment to a new home in Venice, California, right across the street from her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

The embattled star has been receiving inpatient treatment since late September 2010, when a judge ordered her to stay at the rehab center until January 3. The order came after the actress was found to have violated her probation related to a 2007 DUI case.

On top of her other troubles, news broke in December that Lindsay was being investigated by police after she allegedly got into a fight with a staff member at the Betty Ford Center.

Despite her challenges, Lindsay appears to be keeping a positive outlook, however, tweeting on New Years's Day, "Today is the first day of the rest of my life 'The future depends on what we do in the present.' -Mahatma Gandhi ... One step at a time..."
