29 minutes. I'm home alone, with the pit puppy and the german sheapard outside, playing, and the cockerspaniel inside, teating the heck out of something...hmmm...I'll be right back....

It WAS a brush. It's trash now. She's two, and not usually so destructive.

Okay. Resolutions are to better yourself, no?

I resolve....

I resolve to read my Bible every day, twice a day (I have this "Read your Bible in a Year!" plan in the back of my Bible, so I just have to follow it) : Spiritual health and knowledge.

I resolve to increase my cardio fitness and be able to walk all three dogs. I will do this by walking 2.5 mph a mile a day for a week, and the next week 1.5, and then the next 2.0, and then 2.5, etc, until I can walk 6 miles a day, so each dog gets an hour of walking a day. : Physicial improvement, Family Pack Bonding.

I resolve that when I can successfully start walking the dogs, I will work on my streanth training. I will use the "12 Second Sequence" as my guide, all 16 weeks. : Body Toning

I resolve to pay off all my medical bills, and get my credit cards to a point where I pay off the balance at the end of the month, every month (it helps that we've been working on this one and have an active plan for it) : Financial Health

I resolve to spin the spark wheel 100 days in a row, which may prompt me to connect with this society of health seeking people. : Social Health.

I resolve to lose at least 25 pounds this year, preferably 50. : General Physical Health, which will lessen my pre-diabetes and mild arthitic type pain. It will also help my general Self Esteem.

I resolve to enjoy this year. And live it for life. I may not get another, no? And if I do, I may not get it with the same people. Enjoy what I have while I have it.
