How do normal adults do this???
I come home and refuse to move again. I'm even refusing to cook, because it drains me. Of course, my kitchen is BROILING and I end up sweating more than when I used to work out. I miss AC. Heck, I miss window fans. Wonder when I can afford to buy some? Probably when the temperature outside cools off. If my house is sooo freaking hot now, will it be toasty during the winter months? We've actually got a good way to block in the heat, because there are two doors between any outside gateway. We've got a sliding glass door blocking the library from the rest of the house, a front door blocking the house from the sun room, and a door between the laundry room and the kitchen. So, cold would have to first penetrate into those rooms, and then into the living area in the house. The actual house has...two windows. Everthing else can be seperated from our living quarters. Oh, three windows, forgot the one in the masterbed room, which currently holds our one window AC unit. Remove that during the winter, add a space heater, and we're good to go!
But I am getting way off track. My point is, I come home, I wash laundry in the bathtub, and I sit down to whatever meal I brought home. This week, we bought a bunch of microwavable dinners. And breakfasts, for me. And a few canned snacks. And I eat lunch at work. You know what that gets you? Crazy salt exposure. And very little potassium...and perfect everything else. I mean it. Perfect calories. Perfect fat. Perfect protein. Perfect carbs. Perfect fiber. Perfect calcium. I already had frozen fruit and veggies, so at least I'm not lacking there.
So, now what? We see what a convenict lifestyle gets me, weight wise. I really want to start doing my yoga daily, and I'd love to start walking on my treadmille again. I just have to unbury it by unpacking all the boxes ontop of it...yay. Oh, and when I unpack, maybe I'll find my strenth training equipment and guide. That would be good too. Later!
